Getting started

When you sign up, you tell us what you need and we get your first cut scheduled directly with you. Once that's set, we'll give you your regular day of the week — the same day, every week (or every other week, depending on the season) — so you always know when your crew is coming.

Every Saturday, we charge your card automatically for the upcoming week. No invoices to remember, no logging in to pay — it just happens, on the same day, every time. That means your service for the week ahead is already covered before your crew even shows up, and you never have to think about it.

Why we do it this way

A set day makes planning easy — you'll always know your service is paid and scheduled without needing to keep track of it yourself. Charging ahead of time also gives us a few days of breathing room to catch and fix any payment issue — like an expired card — before your scheduled visit, so a hiccup with your bank never means a missed cut.

If a payment doesn't go through, we'll try again and reach out directly so you can fix it before your next scheduled visit — no surprises, no visit skipped without you knowing first.

Common Questions

Do I have to sign a contract?

No. Cancel anytime — there's no annual commitment for residential lawn care.

Why does my visit frequency change between seasons?

Your visit frequency follows the season — weekly March through October when grass grows fast, biweekly November through February when it slows down. Your rate per visit stays the same either way; only how often we come changes.

Will my price change week to week?

No. Your rate per visit is locked in based on your lot size and access — it doesn't change week to week, season to season, or based on your service frequency. The only thing field verification can adjust is if your actual property conditions differ from what was quoted online (see our field-verified pricing post for details).

What happens if a payment doesn't go through?

We'll try again and reach out directly so you can fix it before your next visit — see "How Billing Works" above for the full picture.

What if my lawn is overgrown for the first cut?

A one-time reset fee may apply if it's been more than a few weeks since your last mow. We'll always confirm with you before charging anything extra.

How do one-time projects get priced?

Send photos through our quote form and we'll typically respond within 48 hours. For larger jobs, we may follow up with a quick video call or an on-site visit to quote accurately.
